TIM 2025 Hotel and Travel Guidlines

As a TIM attendee, you agree to the following guidelines:

  • A room cannot be guaranteed after a specific cutoff date, nor can the CPI rate be guaranteed for those whose expenses are being covered by their own agency.
  • Partners paying their own way will be encouraged to contact the Hilton directly to provide the hotel with their credit card information.  
  • Registration and flight information must be provided no later than Monday, September 22 (this would be a full three (3) weeks before TIM)
  • Travel changes will not be made after 9/18/25
  • Airfare changes that require additional expenses will not be reimbursed/ booked, and fare differences will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Special arrangements of any kind related to travel will need to be submitted for CPI approval.
  • Seating Preferences – customers should communicate with CPI Sales and Amanda if special arrangements need to be made (ex: customers of size, aisle seats requested due to a post-surgery boot/cast or other medical condition, etc.)
  • Airport Transportation – changes to ground transportation reservations will only be made if the airline delays/reschedule/cancel a flight
  • Baggage and mileage WILL NOT be reimbursed without receipts and a photo of the odometer before the trip and at the final destination arrival. 
  • CPI will not make changes to ground transportation last minute for convenience and will not reimburse customers who choose to make their own ground transportation as CPI is already paying for the original non-refundable transportation.
