CPI recently upgraded the New Hampshire State Police On-line Telecommunication System (SPOTS) to the latest Oracle 12c database software. The SPOTS databases upgraded were the production Archive Retrieval database, the production Hotfiles database, and two test environment Hotfiles databases.
For this project, CPI provided over 12 TB of storage, configured the new disk array, developed and executed migration, testing and cutover plans and activities, documented all work and project management services.
